We also make a British treat called Eccles Cakes: A crunchy puff pastry filled with a sweet chewy raisin and cake mix filling - Cornish Pasties: Beef, potato and onion filled puff pastry ready for the oven or microwave.

Chocolate (Rich and dark with a light sweet chocolate butter cream icing)
Carrot (we make our carrot cake from "real" carrots!! ~ what do ya know! ~ and slather it with yummy cream cheese icing.)
Banana (with a delicious banana cream filling and vanilla butter cream icing smoothed over top)
- Our famous DUTCH CAKES A light airy vanilla sponge cake filled with home made vanilla custard and iced with a light creamy dutch style butter cream that is not so sweet, but creamy and light - a delightful combination of custard and butter whipped together. Also available in a mocha coffee flavour.
Black Forest cake - We use real Kirsch liqueur and sweet red maraschino cherries and top it with real whipped cream.
